R30k - R25k pm depending on experience

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Redacting and following staff contracts, renewals, end of contracts and unemployment insurance U19 (computer)
  • Gather time sheet and redacting time sheet chart for all personnel and leaves management (computer)
  • Monitor training planning/matrix, driving license, temporary visas, medical and other work related documents' expiring dates and deadlines of employees throughout the year
  • Alert the management of all new regulation regarding labor laws and MBEIC notices
  • Accurately and timeously complete the processing of supplier invoices (SAGE and payments recording)
  • Processing client's invoices, statements and follow up on payments.
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Filing reporting tools (weekly basis) and reports.
  • Conduct the ordering of stationery for the department as required
  • Manage filing system ensuring files are accurately and timeously filed, in the archives room and on the Cloud, to ensure that it is on hand when requested (mail, scanning,

  • Organize monthly communication via mail newsletter and activities according to management indications

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Computer proficiency (specifically Microsoft office suite, SAGE would be a plus)
