Description

We have a position available for a Quality Controller and Coordinator within the agricultural industry in Klerksdorp.

The duties expected of the successful applicant are as follows but not limited to: Assist with continuous research, developing and maintaining to improve Grain Quality Management practices and systems.

Assist with the implementation of technology:
Perform grain stock measurement and responsible to generate and interpret variance report. Advise and assist on a plan of action to address variances. Identify any possible risks, as well as solutions to manage the risks. Manage the implementation process to solve grain risks.

Assist with the optimization of grain stock management and quality monitoring: Interpret data variance reports to identify any possible risks or optimizations.

Develop, implement and manage solutions to mitigate risks. Interpret effectiveness of analysis performed. Implement processes to optimize grain stock measurement. Manage and monitor the system optimization processes. Investigate, provide and implement new technology. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the systems utilized. Provide assistance with developing and maintaining a control room management system to control and ensure technology optimization.

Develop and maintain a grain management register to manage silo stock transfers. Implement initiatives to conduct research and development. Assist with management reporting.

Assist with maintenance of key client relations:
Assist with customer services. Nurture relationships with key stakeholders. Provide assistance via corrective actions.

Ensure compliance:
Update and enforce quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality management systems, and other relevant certifications. Document and maintain records of grain handling, storage, and processing activities.

Basic Salary ranges from R to R with benefits to be discussed.
