Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Code 10 Driver and Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at On Line Personnel. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pick-ups and deliveries as instructed, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks, log sheets, and complete delivery documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all stock being loaded per delivery is correct and corresponds with the pick ticket and delivery note.
• Responsible for fuelling the truck and submitting tickets for purchase of such fuel to the Supervisor.
• Attend and successfully complete all necessary staff orientation and training functions.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety protocols implemented by the company at all times.
• Report all incidents immediately to the office and complete an incident report form timeously.
• Assist with weekly and monthly inventory count.
• Perform housekeeping of warehouse as and when needed.

Requirements

• Available to start immediately.
• Standard 8 (Grade 10) or Matric certificate.
• +- 3 years driving experience.
• Must have valid driver's licence – Code 10.
• Valid Dangerous Goods certificate.
• Valid forklift licence will be an advantage.
• Honest, loyal, reliable, and trustworthy.

• Team player and self-motivated.
• Operationally a hands-on person.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate work within a deadline driven environment.
• Ability to multitask and time management skills.
