    Description

    Job Title: Qualified Post Basic Assistant Stock Returns

    Summary

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Qualified Post Basic Assistant Stock Returns. This role is responsible for the daily processing of returned parcels, reconciliation of stock audit trails, and managing internal and external queries.

    Responsibilities

    1. Daily Processing of Returned Parcels
      • Finalize returned parcels according to SOP within 3 days
      • Request and follow up on manual reversals and claim rejections
      • Ensure all filing is done correctly
    2. Reconciliation of Stock Audit Trail
      • Complete daily stock reconciliation to ensure accuracy
      • Identify and resolve any discrepancies between credited stock and transferred stock
    3. Managing Internal and External Queries
      • Respond to telephone and email inquiries regarding returned parcels
      • Resolve queries within 24-hour turnaround time
    4. Status R/9 Report
      • Investigate reasons for parcel returns
      • Determine next production date
    5. Cold Chain Maintenance
      • Check fridge line parcels for cold chain maintenance
      • Write report on findings
    6. Stock Transfers
      • Transfer reversed stock from previous day's online and manual reversals to Location 7
      • Finalize master list and request adjustments
    7. Stock Master List Management
      • Ensure all transfers, adjustments, and discrepancies are resolved
      • Maintain accurate stock file balances
    8. Incident QA
      • Quality assure incidents on SR Incident log
      • Highlight incidents for designated staff member
    9. SOP Training
      • Provide continuous SOP training for Funded staff
    10. SLA Management
      • Distribute parcels to assistants
      • Monitor completion using No Code report
      • Comply with 3-day SLA
    11. PPE Procurement
      • Order Oncology PPE (gloves, gowns, masks)
    12. ESS Training
      • Provide ESS training to new employees

    Requirements

    Grade 12 with Mathematics and Life/Physical Sciences; SAPC Registration as a Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant; Medipost App Training - advantageous
