    Description

    Job Title: Operations Business Analyst

    Location: Tembisa

    At {company}, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing and evaluating business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and developing strategies to optimize performance.

    The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should also exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement
    2. Develop strategies to optimize performance and efficiency
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
    4. Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Estimated Salary: R850,000 - R1,050,000 per annum
