    Job Description

    This role is suited for individuals with a proven track record of success in technical and administrative support positions, specifically in the areas of IT and non-IT company systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Streamline and optimize IT and non-IT company systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Provide training and support to employees on system configurations and compliance requirements.
    • Maintain accurate document systems and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
    • Develop and implement advanced MS Excel skills to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical and administrative support role.
    • Preferably with experience in the Transport and Logistics Industry.
    • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or IT Systems Management is advantageous.
    • Fluency in English and Afrikaans is required.
    • Valid driver's license and own transport are essential for this position.
