Description
Duties include:
Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Supervising and training staff to maintain restaurant standards and guest satisfaction.
Managing inventory levels and optimizing stock control procedures.
Addressing customer concerns promptly to maintain positive guest relations.
Ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery.
Assisting in marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must have at least 2 to 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant, with a guest seating of 250 and above
Demonstrate proficiency in the use of POS software such as Pilot for cash-ups, day-end, and month-end procedures.
Must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and off days as per roster.
Provide recent contactable references.
Experience in co-ordinating all restaurant operations.
Commit to a permanent position and be available to start immediately.
