    Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

    Core Purpose Of The Role:

    The core purpose of this position is to provide accurate and timeous support and service to the sales department.

    Key Deliverables And Outputs:

    1. Assist sales representatives with onboarding new customers.
    2. Develop a thorough understanding of the services offered, along with auction and terms and conditions.
    3. Provide technical and non-technical assistance and support to customers and the sales team.
    4. Schedule training with new and existing dealers in collaboration with the Training Facilitator.
    5. Follow up with customers to ensure queries have been resolved.
    6. Liaise with the FICA team regarding the FICA status.
    7. Provide customers with updates on system terms and conditions, as well as auction terms and conditions.
    8. Assist sales representatives with resolving all TransUnion queries.
    9. Monthly ad hoc administration and reports.

    Essential Qualifications:

    1. Grade 12
    2. Unendorsed driver's license
    3. Own reliable transport
    4. Willingness to work flexible hours
    5. Automotive industry experience (Advantage)

    Work Experience:

    1. 3-5 years in the motor industry in the same or similar position
    2. Proven track record with contactable references

    Advantageous:
