Factory Manager

Bottling plant in Ceres requires a Factory Manager to oversee factory logistics and staff.

Mandatory experience in a carbonated beverage factory maintenance position.

Develop and execute production plans for optimized efficiency.
Implement and enforce Food Safety Management Systems in collaboration with the Quality Control Manager.
Manage cost-effective systems, including waste reduction and yield optimization.
Oversee raw materials management.
Lead production staff, conducting daily and weekly review meetings.
Prioritize line maintenance according to prescribed schedules.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing logistics for raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure timely completion of production-related administrative tasks.
