Practice Manager - Cape Town, South Africa - Centre Recruit Consultants
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Oversee staff members, including Doctors, Receptionists, Aesthetic Therapists, and Sales Consultants
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure highquality patient care
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments for both medical and aesthetic treatments
- Monitor inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
Computer Literacy
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in ESP
Qualifications:
- Beauty qualifications will be an advantage
- Previous experience in managing Aesthetic clinics, medical practices, preferably in the field of PRP treatments, Hair implants, and hair loss solutions
- Knowledge of Aesthetic treatments and procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities
