    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an organized and sales-focused Sales Administrator to provide effective support to our customer team. This role involves accurate deal checking, claim processing, and providing sales information services to the business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Input pricing into the system accurately and efficiently.
    • Capture, load, and input deals into the system in a timely manner.
    • Submit weekly pre-pricing to all relevant call centers on time.
    • Manage and implement price changes and deals between Rainbow and customers.
    • Assist with customer communication of queries, notifications, and changes.
    • Capture promotional activity and forecasted demand onto schedules and communicate them to relevant planners.
    • Maintain electronic and paper-based customer records and information.
    • Monitor pricing information from plant planners regarding defected stock sent to Farm Shop.
    • Investigate defected stock and revert to account managers and address with customers.
    • Verify pricing discounts with account managers and implement them.
    • Loading deals for customers and inquiring out-of-strategy pricing with National Accounts Manager.
    • Investigating SAP order discrepancies and liaising with National Account Manager and Channel Manager to implement corrective action.
    • Claim Management: Receive claims, verify price-related claims, investigate possible causes, calculate correct costing, gather evidence, and ensure timely submission.
    • Follow-up with customers on outstanding invalid claims and clear claims from the system within 60 days.
    • General Administration: Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, complete reconciliation statements, process expense claims, manage stationery resources, track team expenditure, maintain SKU works library, and prepare sales documentation.
    • Monitor customer monthly tracking reports, track customer promotion performance, and assist with procurement order placements.

    KPIs:

    • 100% accuracy on pricing schedules
    • 100% accuracy of promotional grids
    • Customer resolution speed between 24 and 48 hours
    • Working closely with different account managers
    • Solving claims within a 60-day period
    • Delivering reports timeously (monthly, weekly, customer tracking reports)

    Salary: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
