Project Manager Assistant

We are in search of a proactive and meticulous Project Manager Assistant to join our growing team in the online casino industry.
In this position, you will play a vital role in supervising project management, quality assurance, and day-to-day operational tasks, guaranteeing exceptional service and gaming enjoyment for our clientele.
- Project Board Management: Efficiently organize and oversee project boards, ensuring tasks are documented, delegated, and tracked to completion.
- Meeting Representation: Represent the operations manager in meetings, document proceedings, and facilitate communication among team members. Act as a liaison between different departments for smooth collaboration.
- Quality Assurance (QA)
Testing and Player Experience:
Actively participate in QA testing of casino brands, addressing issues to enhance the player experience. Collaborate with the operations manager to implement improvements.
- Daily Operations Monitoring: Regularly check casino platforms, ensuring optimal operation, and swiftly address operational hurdles. Implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Task Coordination: Follow up with team members on ongoing tasks, ensuring smooth progression and effective communication across departments. Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Act as a liaison between the project team and clients to address concerns and provide updates.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress, milestones, and potential issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
