    Description

    Training & Migration Consultant - Bookkeeper

    About the Role

    This role involves providing expert training and migration services to clients, with a focus on bookkeeping and accounting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and manage customized training plans for clients
    • Monitor and report on training progress of all clients in training
    • Collaborate directly with clients to ensure successful project delivery and coordinate each training project to completion
    • Communicate process successes and failures to internal and external stakeholders to identify potential areas of improvement and action to ensure that the training plan stays on track
    • Deliver system training to customers
    • Provide customer support, resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide users through features and functionalities on the system
    • Assist with preparing data and uploading it onto the system for new customers

    Requirements

    • Training or consulting experience is essential
    • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience is required
    • Previous experience in the Property/Rental industry will be advantageous
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Accounting software packages is necessary
    • Intermediate Excel proficiency is required
    • Customer service/support experience will be beneficial
