About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior position in apple production management. As a junior manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that production targets are met.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in agricultural management, preferably with experience in apple and citrus farming. You will be hands-on, trustworthy, and disciplined, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations in apple production
• Supervise and motivate a team of staff to achieve production targets
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards

Requirements and Qualifications

• Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Minimum 2 years experience in apple and or citrus management
• Previous experience with apple farming advantageous
• Proven orchard experience
• Computer literacy in MS Office (excel, outlook, word)
