    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
    • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions.
    • Order Fulfillment: Raise purchase orders, quotes, and sourcing/ordering of merchandise from various factories.
    • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive identification of sales opportunities and upselling of products/services.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to coordinate efforts and ensure client expectations are met.
    • Product Proposals: Create product proposals to send to clients that include products to suit their budget and needs.

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management aptitude.
    • Project Ownership: Proven ability to take ownership of projects and confidently interact with clients.
    • Independence: Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
    • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions.
    • Multitasking: Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
    • Promo Industry Experience: Background in the Promo industry would be an advantage.
