- Culinary degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role in a 5* environment
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent hygiene and safety knowledge
- Exceptional creativity
- Strong administrative abilities with excellent cost control, stock management, price comparisons, staff rosters and more
- Expert knowledge on food trends both locally and internationally
- Innovative menu development
- The ability to handle high pressure environments
- Excellent computer skills
- Fluent in English both written and verbally
