    About the Role
    Lean Technologies is embarking on its next growth phase and seeks a Strategic Finance Manager to play a crucial role in driving business decisions. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will be responsible for developing the strategic business plan, analyzing ROI, reviewing revenue trends, investment appraisals, and other key financial projects. We are adopting a more data-driven approach; the ideal candidate will bring maturity and forward-thinking perspectives to our work.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage quarterly forecasting and budgeting cycles
    • Owning forecasting and budgeting tools
    • Develop long-term financial plans and models
    • Interpret complex financial data to provide updates and commercial guidance
    • Create complex models, such as customer acquisition and lifetime value analysis
    • Calculate ROI for investments in product development, marketing, and other areas
    • Support fundraising, corporate development, and M&A
    • Support investor relations
    • Assist with other strategic finance and pricing projects as needed

    Desired Qualifications

    • Previous experience with financial modeling
    • Experience in financial planning and analysis roles
    • Experience working in a SaaS or fintech environment
    • Presentation skills for senior stakeholders
    • Corporate finance experience is advantageous
    • Exposure to high-growth or high-change business environments
