Toy Kingdom is seeking for a fun, outgoing, and driven to chase and achieve sale targets? If you have excellent customer service skills, are a passionate team player and have a real desire to understand our toy products and match them to meet our customer needs to make phenomenal sales, then we want you to form part of our exciting team

This position has a direct report into the Store Manager and will suit an individual with an extroverted personality.

Key deliverables:

Deliver outstanding customer service with energy and enthusiasm
Ensure customer needs are satisfied by receiving, merchandising, and replenishing stock
Invoke a sense of play by conducting product demonstrations
Knowledge of sales goals, charming satisfaction expectations, and promotional objectives.
Follow all company policies and procedures including Cash Management, Attendance, and Store Security.
Giftwrapping customer items
Maintaining the Kingdom's housekeeping standards to ensure an amazing customer experience
