EMAPPLY is sourcing talent for a leading Australian based company involved in events, social media promotions, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant (Social Media Marketing) to join the team.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative and social media marketing tasks, including content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and engaging with our target audience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing and looking to gain practical experience in the industry.

Role:
Virtual Assistant (Social Media Marketing)

Hours:
Monday to Saturday 1am - 8am SAST (10am - 5pm AEDT)

Salary:
RAND P/Y

Responsibilities:

Contacting and calling clients and appointments
Conducting research and compiling data for various projects
Creating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets
Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents
Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls
Providing general administrative support to team members
Managing and updating social media accounts
Create engaging content for various social media platforms, such as Meta
Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond promptly and professionally
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on audience engagement, post reach, and other performance indicators
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns
Research and identify potential influencers and partners for collaboration opportunities
Experienced in social media and marketing as well as Public Relations

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
Solid understanding of social media platforms and their features, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer
Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and experience with graphic design tools is a plus
Familiarity with social media advertising and analytics tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast paced high energy team with high expectations
