- Coordinate and supervise site-specific programme and service delivery, including the management of site human resources, equipment, and consumables.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report functions to ensure alignment with the university's mission and goals.
- Develop and implement programme development and implementation strategies across all sites.
- Provide professional counselling services to university students in accordance with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) Scope of Practice for Psychologists.
- Enhance accessibility to services through internal and external community engagement.
- Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Psychologist (Counselling, Clinical, or Educational).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in student counselling, career, and development programmes and services.
