    Job Description

    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure quality control, and optimize project schedules.
    • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share best practices and ideas.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and expenditure, making data-driven decisions to ensure optimal outcomes.

    Requirements

    • 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT environment, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
    • Proven expertise in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
    • A bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent, with a recognized project management certification (PMP).

    Compensation and Benefits

    The salary for this role is estimated at R1 200 000 - R1 500 000 per annum, depending on experience.
