Job description

We are developing an already existing and exciting e-learning platform in the fintech space, and we are looking for a super talented, high-energy individual who can take over the platform and implement a newly designed learning and development journey, using the existing programme as a foundation.

As the Course & Instructional Designer, you'll design and develop learning experiences.

You will project manage the module and programme development and facilitate best learning outcomes, based on the goal of the program.

Your responsibilities will involve:

Leveraging technology to developing innovative training solutions.
Designing, developing, and scaling fullcycle learning solutions, knowledge assessments, and other materials needed to meet identified business needs.
Establishing and maintaining appropriate mechanisms for evaluating effectiveness of learning solutions.
Creating engaging learning activities and compiling course content.
Stating instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
Visualizing instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product.
Managing support resources for development, graphics, animation, and copy.
Utilize programme needs analysis, development and evaluation skills and quality assurance.
Project manage the abovementioned development initiatives.
Training and development

Competencies

Demonstrated experience developing online learning materials to meet particular design requirements.
Experience in financial industry advantageous
Project management.
Training and skills development focused on the underpinning theory, and good practice of learning design.
Excellent communication skills.

Technical skills required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite & Adobe Suite
Ability to develop material on and support users in the use of a Learner Management System (preferably Learn Dash) will be an advantage.
Additional related technical skills will be an advantage.

Salary:
R30, R35,000.00 per month
