Our client is looking for an energetic individual who enjoys providing excellent service through excellent service delivery and use of their technical expertise to solve everyday problems for their client.

This role is focused within the service delivery in IT environment and will be allocated to a specified client.

  • Manage the client's expectations and requirements on a daily basis.
  • Provide reports and necessary information to ensure that excellent service is provided to the allocated client and their business experience the best possible service.
  • Identify potential risks to the client and the company.
  • Report weekly on the status of the IT within the client's environment.
  • Manage act as a conduit and guide for any IT required areas.
  • Manage the Network and uptime.
  • Assign all work for development and upkeep.
  • Ensure hat the team achieves deadlines
  • Ensure quality control is in place for all work that is generated by the Company.
  • Create and manage processes to optimize performance within the IT environment.
  • Complete all duties as reasonably expected.

Salary:
R35, R75,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • IT Management: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Fortigate/ Sophos Certification (required)
  • Azure Certification (required)
