• NQF 6/7/8 - Minimum National Certificate and a Diploma / Degree
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a food manufacturing industry
• Strong communication skills - English and Any South African (written and verbal)
• Pastel Evolution or any other financial packages
• Handle month end creditor statement from each supplier
• Reconcile the creditors ledger with the supplier statement
• Ensure the creditors reconciliation pack consists of the necessary documentation
• Handle supplier statement queries
• Capture payments on the portal and ensure no duplications
• Ensure that the age analysis match the monthly reconciliation
• Ensure all non-stock purchases are linked to invoices for service delivery items
• Do all municipal accounts, stationery and fixed asset purchases
• Making sure that monthly creditors reconciliations are filed and archived
• Receive the Commissions template on a monthly basis with the relevant signatures
• Act as backup for the entire manufacturing process
• Submit statutory requirement on a monthly basis
• Participate in the audit process
• Capturing and reconciling the petty cash cashbook
• Posting and analysing of credit card statements
• Ensure that printed credit card/petrol card statements from FM are received timeously.
• Verify against the original source documents before posting to Creditors ledger and GL.
• Verify that the expenses are aligned to company policies
