Quay 1 International Realty is expanding its footprint throughout the Western Cape

We are a leading real estate brokerage, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced team member to join our executive management team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing senior real estate brokers, listening to their needs or concerns, and acting as a bridge between the brokers and the executive team.

As a key member of the management team, you will also be responsible for forging relationships with top external brokers and recruiting them into our business.

You will need to be a strategic thinker, able to identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow our brokerage.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with our existing senior real estate brokers
Act as a bridge between the brokers and the executive team, listening to their needs or concerns and addressing them appropriately
Forge relationships with top external brokers and recruit them into our business
Develop and implement strategies to grow our brokerage headcount
Collaborate with other members of the executive team to ensure that our brokerage operates efficiently and effectively
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry, and use this knowledge to inform our business strategy
Represent our brokerage at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities
Provide leadership and support to our team of real estate brokers, helping them to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 510 years of experience in a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of success
Experience in a customerfocused industry with strong relationship building skills
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
A strategic thinker, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development
A passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
A degree or diploma in business, management, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Salary:
R40,000-R60,000 per month (based on experience and skillset) plus performance incentives.
