- Grade 12 qualification
- 1-3 years' experience in HR generalist and administration
- Verify and approve payroll reports
- Coordinate transportation for assignees
- Distribute payslips to assignees
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
- Ensure accurate payroll data is processed within deadline
- Ensure assignees are briefed on transport arrangements
- Issue protective equipment and documentation
- Ensure shifts are fully staffed
- Establish relationships with clients and Resource Centre
- Provide feedback on candidates supplied
- Understand client requirements and maintain daily communication
- Establish and maintain relationships with key client contacts
- Attend client meetings and conduct regular visits
- Develop awareness of client future business needs
- Ensure on-time and accurate invoice delivery
- Follow up with clients and Credit Control on invoice payments
- Deal with client invoice queries in liaison with Credit Control
- Monitor expenditure and ensure costs do not exceed Pricing Schedule provisions
