    FRONT-END DEVELOPER

    At IOEC, a pioneering family-owned export trading business based in Durban with 52 years of experience, we specialize in exporting FMCGs, fruits, vegetables, meat, wines, and building materials to over 55 countries worldwide.

    Purpose of Role

    We seek an experienced Front-End Developer to join our team of passionate developers working on a cutting-edge international trade solution. Our software, Gateway, is an online ordering and logistics platform for container exports, focusing on simplifying consolidated mixed FMCG consignments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop new application interfaces and features, including an interface for suppliers to manage their inventory and pricing.
    2. Enhance product search, redesign workflow, and improve UI/UX to simplify the platform.
    3. Revamp the dashboard for a more intuitive user experience.
    4. Develop enhancements to existing functionality and features for efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of development experience.
    • JavaScript expert.
    • Strong UI/UX design skills.
    • Angular/AngularJS expertise.

    Ideal Candidate:

    The estimated salary for this role is R800,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
