    Finance & Governance Specialist

    We are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Governance Specialist to join our team in Gauteng.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Administration, Financial Management, and Quality Assurance, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high-quality outcomes of complex and business-critical activities.
    • Anticipate and integrate customer needs, strategic goals, and financial objectives.
    • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision makers internally and externally.
    • Support the implementation of ISO standards and IT-processes compliance checks.
    • Assist in Agile Maturity measures tracking, ATC Setup & Guidance, YPA compliance checks, and AWM Role allocations and fulfilment checks.
    • Support the Management team and Head of Business Management and Methodologies in Finance and Product-specific tasks.

    Requirements:

    • Matric Certificate.
    • Scrum Master Certification (Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org).
    • Business Administration relevant qualification.
    • Minimum 5+ years Business Administration experience.

    Skills:

    • Advanced knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks.
    • Multi-tasking skills.
    • High energy personality, taking ownership and driving topics owned with commitment.
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
    • Advanced Jira and Confluence skills.

    Salary: R 800,000 - R 1,200,000 per annum.
