Job Description

Lotus Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development of accurate and compliant tenders for medium to large greenfield and brownfield Civil and Building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and managing tender documents, including civil/building project documentation and productivities.
Translating project requirements into effective tender submissions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and profitable tender delivery.
Conducting risk analysis and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A tertiary qualification in Civil/Construction Management or Engineering.
5-10 years of experience in tender development, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and compliant tenders.
Certification in CCS (Competitive Scheduling Certification) is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
Proven multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Flexibility to travel if required.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of R750,000 - R1,000,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement funding, and annual leave.
