    Job Title: Digital Quality Assurance Specialist

    The role of a Digital Quality Assurance Specialist at Ogilvy South Africa is to guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all digital content across various platforms. This includes social media, paid media channels, and website collateral.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Digital Content Review: Carefully review all digital content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, spelling, and adherence to brand voice and style.
    2. Platform Compliance: Ensure that all digital content adheres to platform-specific guidelines and best practices, including character limits, image specifications, and advertising policies.
    3. CI/CD Compliance: Verify that all digital assets and content align with the client's Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines, including logo usage, color palettes, typography, and overall brand aesthetic.
    4. Quality Assurance Testing: Conduct thorough testing of digital assets across various devices and browsers to identify and report any functional or display issues.
    5. Error Reporting and Tracking: Accurately document and track all identified errors and inconsistencies.
    6. Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, creative directors, account management, and copywriters to provide constructive feedback and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
    7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the quality assurance process and contribute to the development of QA best practices.
    8. Stay Current: Maintain a thorough understanding of current digital standards, platform updates, and emerging trends in digital marketing and quality assurance.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or quality assurance.
    3. Expert knowledge of digital standards and best practices across various platforms.
    4. Proven ability to interpret and apply Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines consistently.
    5. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    7. Proficiency in using project management and bug tracking tools.
    8. Familiarity with web analytics tools is a plus.
