Sign on new business, generate new opportunities and source potential new clients, maintaining and extending the client base as activities relating to sales and marketing for the Customs Brokerage business Unit


Your Responsibilities:


  • Determining and achieving national QSHE targets that would contribute reaching company's global targets
  • Participate at management meetings and ensuring QSHE Management review take place annually
  • Implement document management system and controlling regularly
  • Train / inform employees about QSHE Management System and related requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits and follow up on issued correctivepreventive actions (via TIP/CAPA System)
  • Accompanying external audits (customer, audit companies, local authorities etc.), and ensuring compliance with customer requirements
  • Prepare annual QSHE report which evaluates performance of existing QSHE management system and needs for improvements.
  • Review customer quality requirements and ensure these requirements are implemented in related operational processes
  • Liaise with external parties on matters relating to QSHE + Security where necessary, i.e. with customers, authorities, certification bodies and suppliers
  • Build up local / national GXP PharmaChain system in line with KN global standards and local legal requirements.
  • Liaise with managers from all business and functional units throughout the organization to ensure that the QSHE + Security system is properly implemented

Your Skills and Experiences:


  • At least 2 years of logistics and 8 years QSHE related experience
  • ISO9001 auditor mandatory
  • GXP knowledge, ISO14001 auditor certificate (preferred)
  • ISO45001 / 28001 auditor certificate (preferred)
  • Stakeholder engagement, training and presentation skills
  • National EHS related legislation knowledge
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge about Contract Logistics (preferred)
  • Collaborative mindset sense of urgency and proactive communication
