    Purpose of the Job:

    • Responsible for generating leads, managing client interactions, processing orders and invoices, promoting products, and resolving client issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Interaction:
      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
      • Handle client calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
    2. Order Management:
      • Accurately record and process client orders in the system.
      • Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner and confirm order details with clients.
    3. Account Management:
      • Generate and process invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
      • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, accepting payments, processing, posting, and recording debtors account data.
    4. Promotions and Sales:
      • Inform clients about special offers, discounts, and new products.
      • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
    5. Lead Generation:
      • Generate leads and feed them to business development consultants for further action.
    6. Product Knowledge:
      • Develop a deep understanding of product categories, suggest alternatives, inform customers of shortages, continuously improve knowledge, and seek assistance for training when needed.
    7. Client Issue Resolution:
      • Address and resolve any client complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
      • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate quick and effective solutions to client problems.
    8. Feedback, Reporting & Administrative Duties:
      • Act as the primary interface between the customers and internal operations teams.
    9. Compliance:
      • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance in all aspects of the role.

    Requirements:

    • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the packaging or related industry.
    • Skills: Computer literate, strong negotiation and closing skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
