    Description
    Responsibilities
    • Develops an evolving, interesting array of fitness/wellness opportunities to motivate our guests.
    • Promotes and up sells revenue, generating private training and wellness classes to meet guest needs.
    • Ensures adherence to all corporate core standards. Work closely with the Wellness and Spa
    • Monitors the cleanliness of the gym and movement studio facilities and assist with maintaining a high level of organization, tidiness and stocked supplies.
    • Attends and participates in all required training and re-training programs.

    Requirements
    • Level 3 PT Qualification.
    • Qualifications in studio classes including 'exercise to music'.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a 'Fitness Instructor in a in a gym offering both personal training and group exercise classes.
    • Ship experience is preferential.
    • Experience in teaching yoga, pilates, indoor cycling, or tai chi is advantageous.
    • Possess a valid passport.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Proficiency in computers and basic Windows programs is a must.
