    Description

    Sales Consultant for Renewable Energy

    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in the renewable energy sector.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with current clients, providing exceptional client service, and identifying opportunities to enhance job accomplishments. They will also explore ways to add value to customer interactions.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Develop new business opportunities and promote renewable energy solutions.
    • Design and create project plans, presentations, project proposals, and explain them to stakeholders.
    • Foster long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders, executive sponsors, and key accounts.
    • Provide support to customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
    • E nsure timely and successful delivery of projects according to customer needs.
    • Report on progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Forecast and track key account metrics.
    • Analyze customer usage of our product.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
    • Liaise between customers and internal teams.
    • Develop proposals for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) projects.

    Desired Experience & Qualification:

    We are looking for candidates with:

    • A diploma in Electrical Engineering, sales, business management, finance, or related fields.

    We require:

    • At least 3-5 years of experience in Distribution.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in EPC Projects.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in Solar Sales.
    • PPA experience.
    • A financial background.

    Package & Remuneration:

    R25,000 - R30,000 depending on experience.
