    Executive Associate Opportunity

    Duties & Responsibilities

    The areas of responsibility may include:

    • Informing the direction and deliverables of the division through strategic debate;
    • Providing substance to executive team ideas and direction through detailed research and analysis;
    • Managing cross-business and cross-functional strategic initiatives on a project basis;
    • Managing business reporting governance and compliance for internal and external stakeholders;
    • Compiling presentations and speeches for delivery by the Chief Growth Officer to internal and external audiences;
    • Collaborating closely with the Social Media team to bring awareness and visibility to executed work;
    • Inputting into operational design and process efficiencies;
    • Preparing proposals for strategic partnerships, new business, and new products for external and internal distribution.

    As an Executive Associate to the Chief Growth Officer, you will:

    • Co-develop and drive the New Markets business strategy alongside the New Markets Executive team;
    • Taking ownership of projects supporting the realization of the business strategy;
    • Collating, analyzing, and drawing insights on business performance for the New Markets area;
    • Identifying, negotiating, and realizing new business opportunities with internal and external partners;
    • Participating in strategic debate at an executive level;
    • Enabling, coordinating, and operationalizing the strategic initiatives of executive management teams;
    • Collating and driving preparation for various governance forums for the New Markets area;
    • Providing high-level support to the General Manager in executing her responsibilities.

    Desired Experience & Qualifications

    • A relevant postgraduate degree or higher with a strong analytical or business focus;
    • A proven track record demonstrating the use of skills in delivering projects and adding value to businesses and clients;
    • Business experience of six to ten years, preferably in a consulting leadership role or strategy function;
    • International exposure through projects or business;
    • Extensive business and/or technical experience with a proven track record of innovation, entrepreneurship, delivery, and performance.
