    Job Title: Intermediate Designer

    Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong creative abilities, a diverse design portfolio, and a keen eye for detail.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design & Branding: Develop compelling logos, brand identities, and visual designs that resonate with target audiences.
    • Digital & Print Media: Create effective layouts for websites, apps, social media, and print materials.
    • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align design strategies with client goals and brand identity.
    • Project Execution: Manage design projects from conceptualization to final approval, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
    • Industry Awareness: Stay informed on current trends, technology standards, and best practices in design and marketing.

    Day-to-Day Work Includes:

    • Brand Identity Design: Craft visual brand identities, including logos, color schemes, and overall design guidelines.
    • UI Design: Design user interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
    • Print Design: Create eye-catching layouts for print materials such as brochures, posters, and promotional items.
    • Digital Multimedia Design: Produce multimedia content for digital marketing, including social media graphics, email campaigns, and interactive media.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of delivering professional design projects.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma and Webflow is a plus.
    • Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking, typographic skills, and design proficiency across multiple platforms.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
