    Key Responsibilities:

    • Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility and warehouse, ensuring seamless and efficient workflow.

    • Collaborate with the CEO on strategic operational decisions, providing expert guidance and support to ensure operational excellence and drive business growth.
    • Implement and maintain comprehensive environmental management procedures to meet company sustainability goals and minimize our carbon footprint.
    • Prepare and present regular operational reports to the CEO, highlighting key performance indicators and offering actionable recommendations for improvement.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A relevant degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
    • At least 5-7 years of experience in managing operations within a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of success.
    • Proven experience with ISO standards, health and safety regulations, and logistics management is mandatory.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and projects effectively, driving results-oriented teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
    • In-depth knowledge of warehouse management, stock control, and logistics systems is critical.
    • Ability to work closely with senior leadership, offering strategic insight and problem-solving capabilities to address complex challenges and drive business growth.
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling high-pressure situations with ease, providing calm and composed leadership during times of crisis.
