Description
A well established Chemical Manufacturing company based in Blackheath, Cape Town is need of a Production Supervisor.


Requirements:


  • Matric.
Years Production Supervisor Experience Essential.

  • Experience of leading production teams.
  • Staff Management Experience Essential.
  • Leadership/Management training would be an advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities but not be limited to:

  • Supervise the day to day running of the Production Floor
  • Control and report quality parameters as per ISO 9001 procedures
  • Manage maintenance of machinery and equipment in the department
  • Manage safety, health, environment and hygiene aspects of your team
  • Meet production targets and deadlines set out by the factory manager
  • Maintain quality, productivity and efficiency on the production floor
  • Continues monitoring of production staff
  • Follow work instructions in detail, identifying quality or system issues and reporting them to Management.
