    Job Title: Deli Co-Ordinator

    Description:

    Pick n Pay Supermarkets in the Western Cape is seeking a seasoned Deli Co-Ordinator to join their Fresh department team. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to Deli Managers, focusing on maximizing sales and promotions while enhancing the customer experience and instore offerings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive production planning and margin analysis to inform business decisions.
    • Develop and implement action plans to achieve set goals, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the assigned business area, including industry best practices, trade patterns, and competitive environments.
    • Collaborate with division, store, and instore Fresh management to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

    Requirements:

    • Matric Grade 12 qualification.
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Deli management, with in-depth knowledge of Deli in-store processes and procedures.
    • Retail Management Diploma (desirable).
    • Valid SA ID and Driver's License.
