Here's what you can expect to be doing in the role:
Marketing Campaigns

  • Manage the Marketing Plan on a rolling 12month basis, facilitating quarterly workshops with marketing planners, channel heads & creative heads to review ideation in support of business objectives
  • Maintain marketing plan through weekly Creative Review, monthly Merchandising review and Quarterly Business Reviews
Marketing Campaign Content

  • Responsible for all campaigns being executed according to brief
  • Collate all relevant information and compile, share and manage campaign briefs with marketing planning, creative and the business in general
  • Ensure that annual marketing plan is reflected in weekly marketing plan execution
  • Facilitate weekly marketing plan meetings with marketing planners, creative & merchandise to populate content
  • Work with the heads of Retention and Acquisition marketing analysts to come up with campaign ideas to drive objectives for the current and future base
Collateral & Brief Management

  • Compile concise briefs and manage these with traffic and ensure the creative output meets the brief requirements, ensuring that all time frames and deadlines are adhered to and met
  • Ensure all debrief information is communicated and addressed by traffic and creative
  • Ensure briefs consider all channels in the execution of campaigns
Quarterly Brand Campaign Execution

  • Ensure that these tie into annual marketing plan (product focus, promotions, etc.) and support on brand presence and contribution to lead generation
  • Facilitate brand campaign communication with business stakeholders (across departments) to ensure buyin for these new initiative
Campaign Communications

  • Collect, collate and share marketing information within the marketing planning team as well as between the marketing, merchandise and creative teams
  • Attend and participate in all relevant business meetings including (but not limited to)
  • Weekly Creative Review
  • Weekly Marketing Activities Planning
  • Monthly Marketing Review
  • Monthly Merchandising Review
  • Monthly Merchandising Brief
  • Quarterly Brand Review
  • And collate and interpret all information discussed in the abovementioned meetings disseminate across relevant teams
Process and Change

  • Document and improve on weekly, monthly and quarterly processes and communicate changes across marketing, merchandising and creative teams

A little about who you are:

  • Marketing Degree or diploma
  • Previous marketing campaign experience
  • Attention to detail, with strong planning and priority setting
  • Actionoriented, using peer relationships and organisational agility to get the job done and on time
  • Strong multitasking skills, who is a result and deadlineorientated individual
