Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- BCom HR Management or similar degree / related field
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in an HR Generalist role
- Labour relations legislation
- Basic Conditions of Employment, Labour Relations, and EE Act
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- HR and Payroll management system working experience
- Experience with CCMA (Conciliation and Arbitration)
- Confident and articulate communicator with sound interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships
