Description
Assisting TreasuryONE TMS (Treasury Management Systems) client to manage & modify their database.- Support both internal and external stakeholders with service requests, inquiries or technical requests.
- Analyse support requests for root causes, determine if the issue could be prevented by changes in the software or business processes, and make change recommendations.
- Act as Client liaison for all system maintenance, upgrades and changes.
- Meet with Clients during implementation training to establish working relationship and gather indepth understand of Client requirements.
- Provide monthly summary of tickets opened and status to the Professional Services Manager.
- Measure, Monitor and Report Service Levels.
Requirements:
- Suitable Financial Tertiary Qualification
