    Description

    Main Objective:

    To oversee the efficient management of a building or multiple buildings by establishing and maintaining beneficial relationships with tenants, overseeing personnel, contractors, repairs, renovations, tenant installations, inspections, and overall building administration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Optimize the building's revenue stream through strategic planning and relationship-building with tenants.
    • Manage and supervise staff, ensuring effective training and development within the company.

    Requirements:

    • Mandatory Qualifications:
    • At least 5 years' experience in property or centre management.
    • Grade 12 certificate.
    • Tertiary qualification in Business (marketing) or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

    Skills and Knowledge:

    • People Management and Leadership
    • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • IT Literacy – Microsoft Office, Excel, Nicor, SAP, database
    • Proptools, Planning, Co-ordination and Organizing
    • Networking and Presentation Skills
    • Drivers License and own vehicle
