    About the Role

    We seek an accomplished Financial Strategist to spearhead our global expansion efforts. This pivotal role demands expertise in financial planning, risk management, and team leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Fund Raising & Investor Relations: Oversee equity and debt fundraising initiatives, foster investor relationships, and serve as the finance representative to the board and external stakeholders.
    • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and long-term strategies to drive corporate growth and achievement of strategic objectives.
    • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Supervise regional financial consolidation, ensure IFRS compliance, and manage external auditor relationships.
    • Working Capital & Cost Management: Plan and optimize cash flow, manage working capital, and implement cost control measures to support strategic initiatives.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor regional finance teams, establish KPIs, and align financial processes across diverse markets.
    • Risk Management: Establish treasury functions and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and commodity exposures.

    Requirements

    • 8+ years in corporate finance functions such as investment banking and management consulting, preferably focusing on project finance and equity capital raising.
    • Proven experience in international corporate structuring.
    • Expertise in implementing deal workflows and managing post-deal integrations.
    • Leadership experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing multi-national teams.
    • Advanced financial modeling skills, including expertise in market data models, sensitivity analysis, and valuation.
    • Ability to operate in a white space with no established playbook; creative problem solver with a talent for developing innovative solutions and deal structures.
    • Strong attention to detail, intellectual rigor, and excellent communication skills to articulate financial strategies to stakeholders at all levels.

    What We Offer

    A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
