    Project Overview

    We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the successful rollout of our fibre and Wi-Fi projects. As a Senior Project Manager at Level-Up, you will be responsible for leading the project team, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Team Management
      • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of skilled professionals to execute projects efficiently.
    • Stock Management
      • Develop and implement effective stock control measures to maintain adequate inventory levels.
    • Project Delivery
      • Oversee the timely and budget-conscious delivery of new projects, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
    • Backhaul Coordination
      • Ensure seamless backhaul connections to new buildings, facilitating efficient service delivery.
    • Deployment Quality
      • Monitor deployment activities to ensure they meet requisite quality standards.
    • Collaboration
      • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and share progress updates.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in project management, particularly in fibre and Wi-Fi deployments.
    • Strong knowledge of connecting Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) is essential.
    • Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.
