    The Role

    You will be responsible for:

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Social Media Management
      • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
      • Oversee personal LinkedIn accounts of key team members to align with the company's brand.
      • Gather, edit, and create information to be published which attract readers and target audience interest, encouraging the individuals to send enquiries of related products published.
      • Regular and timeous publishing of Rula activities to boost Rula's image as a dynamic entity.
      • Identify potential client decision makers and promote Rula's products and services offered as a superior service to other providers.
      • Identify and explore the various tender opportunities, sharing relevant industry tender information and key contact persons of tenders.
    2. Content Creation
      • Engaging with development engineers and project managers on developments in technology, products, and projects.
      • Gathering of information and creating a platform or tool where marketing material can be stored and worked on to increase the quality of info which needs to be published.
      • Design marketing materials (brochures, flyers, branded items) for various company events.
      • Write compelling content for the company's website, social media posts, email campaigns, and internal communications.
      • Create a system to ignore and illuminate irrelevant enquiries and respond timeously to relevant enquiries.
    3. Website Management
      • Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO.
      • Advise and execute on website design and development improvements.
    4. Brand Management
      • Lead the development and implementation of a brand refresh strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
      • Design and maintain brand guidelines.
    5. Internal Communications
      • Create design templates and materials for internal communications, including newsletters, memos, and event communications.
      • Create a tool to ensure the latest technological and innovative information including projects and their statuses, within the industry is gathered and regularly shared internally.
    6. Event & Campaign Management
      • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for industry events and other key initiatives.
      • Manage the production of branded merchandise and marketing collateral.
    7. Technical & Strategic Input
      • Provide recommendations on necessary software, tools, and equipment for efficient marketing operations.
      • Set up the marketing department, including structuring processes, choosing platforms, and developing marketing strategies.

    Ideal Profile

    We're looking for someone with:

    1. At least 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing/Brand Manager ideally with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.
    2. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and website management (e.g., WordPress, SEO tools).
    3. Strong copywriting and content creation skills for both digital and print formats.
    4. Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and campaigns.
    5. Experience with brand management and refreshes.
    6. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead projects from concept to completion.
    7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
    8. You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
    9. You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
    10. You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
