    Description

    Job Summary

    The Campaign Associate is responsible for creating and executing email campaigns in our marketing automation platform, Eloqua. This role requires collaboration with onshore teams to drive efficient campaign execution. A deep understanding of email best practices is necessary.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end email campaign production, including creation, setup, testing, deployment, reporting, and optimization in Eloqua.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create targeted marketing campaigns, emails, and customer success communications.
    • Work with the Operations Supervisor to ensure flawless email execution.
    • Ensure email messages adhere to industry best practices and deliverability standards.

    Requirements

    • Deep understanding of data and analytics management.
    • Ability to conceptualize and execute effective campaign journeys across multiple platforms.
    • Experience with campaign setup, email creation, and deployment.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with a marketing automation tool (Eloqua).

    Additional Requirements

    • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
