    Main Responsibilities

    We are seeking a dynamic Content Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our content strategy. The ideal candidate will craft compelling, data-driven content and ensure it drives traffic, conversions, and customer engagement.

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Create and manage high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media assets.
    • Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and link-building efforts, to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
    • Collaborate with the product, sales, and marketing teams to produce content that highlights the value of Dengage's platform, especially features like Zeki AI and Segment Shaper.
    • Optimize existing content for performance, ensuring alignment with SEO and SEM strategies.
    • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality across all platforms.
    • Conduct audience research to develop personas and create tailored messaging for each segment.
    • Analyze content performance through tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs and refine strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.

    Requirements

    • 3-4 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
    • Proven experience creating content for industries such as Retail/Ecommerce, Banking, Travel, or Telecoms.
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing SEO-optimized and diverse content formats.
    • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and proven success in improving search engine rankings.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CMS platforms.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and PPC.
    • Self-starter with excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Native or fluent English skills are a must.
