Description
Our client is looking for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team, who will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness to support the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding to ensure the organization has the right talent in place.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and development planning
- Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Lead change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and culture transformation, to support business growth and evolution.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and provide datadriven recommendations to enhance HR effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, conducting audits and investigations as needed, and recommending corrective actions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and action planning, to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and crossfunctional teams.
- Proven experience leading change management initiatives and facilitating organizational change.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR technology tools for data management and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
- Indepth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations.
- Experience working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with a focus on driving organizational growth and transformation.
- Proven track record of building effective relationships with stakeholders and driving HR initiatives that deliver business results.
