    Ogilvy Johannesburg seeks a Digital Creative Director to lead our creative team and elevate our brand across all digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and inspire a talented team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives.
    • Develop and execute creative strategies for all digital channels.
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual and written content.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of creative vision.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends and technologies.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking and conceptual skills.
    • Provide examples of leading integrated campaigns and pure digital campaigns.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of digital platforms and digital channels.
    • Showcase an ability to use multimedia programmes.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role.
    • Strong background in Art Direction, Design, or Copywriting.
    • Exceptional understanding of digital design principles and user experience.

    • Photoshop
    • After Effects (desired)
    • KeyNote / PowerPoint
    • 3D Animation & Production (desired)
